I was surprised at last night’s CANSCAIP meeting. I thought that I had been invited to speak about Private Kidcrit, my online crit group for children’s writers, and I did do that, but first I was awarded the CANSCAIP pin, which is given out annually to an outstanding CANSCAIP volunteer.
