KidsFleeWar

Many Ukrainian kids have fled their country since the russian federation launched war on Feb 24, 2022. Educators in Canada and the US who are working with Ukrainian kids who have fled war are helping those kids express their thoughts and experiences through art. These works are being shared on the Facebook group, KidsFleeWar, as well as on Instagram and Twitter.

I will also be saving the artwork here. Many thanks to our compassionate educators and to our wonderful kids. We encourage people to donate to the Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal. Children’s author Marsha Skrypuch, working together with the Ukrainian Canadian Foundation of Taras Shevchenko.
