I had heard that Aram’s Choice had a great review in Resource Links but didn’t see it for myself until today. Here it is.
My favourite line is this:
“Aram’s Choice is superbly written to appeal to young audiences while informing them of the history of the world in which we live.”
Wonderful, Marsha! By the by, I asked for a copy of Aram’s Choice at my favourite bookstore yesterday, and learned they had sold one more than they had in stock. Folks are lining up for it!
That’s great!
I do know that bookstores were running short because of the Silver Birch nomination. Thankfully, the second printing is now available.
Good news!
By the by…from Anita
You might be tempted to think all anonymous postings are probably from Anita, that forgetful gal, but they won’t be. I would like to say that only the most stimulating or thoughtful anonymous posts will be from Anita, but that’s not true either. The posts from Anita will probably be butter smudged, and have a trail of cookie crumbs leading from them….say, in the cyber-cookie sense this is true!
I babble…haven’t had my tea yet this morning. Off now to bake molasses cookies (refrigerated the dough overnight).

Hi Anita!
Those cookies sound much tastier than the ones usually associated with computers. Just don’t get those crumbs stuck in the keyboard (I’m speaking from experience here…)
Marsha
That’s an awesome review!!! Congratulations!! 😀
Thanks, Maggie!
It’s a wonderful review!
Thanks, Barb!
I haven’t read a middle-grade book for years (being halfway through my teens and all) but I’m a history lover, so I think I may just have to see if I can find Aram’s Choice in our library. 🙂
Hi there!
