A three school day

First blizzard of the fall made for an interesting drive to St. Patrick’s School in White Lake. This was an early morning visit, beginning at 8am because the grade 8s were leaving on a class trip to see a play. We left early to beat the traffic and got in early enough to beat all the students and to watch the gym being set up for the presentation.
Eager St. Pat’s readers!
A particularly avid St. Pat’s book-a-holic!
As I was signing, one student handed me this. It made my day!!!!!! Thank you, Giovanni!
Next school was Muir Middle School in Milford. How’s this for a wonderful welcome?
Jamie Halleck, media specialist extraordinaire!
How organized is this?!
Had such a nice time at Spring Mills with media specialist Phyllis Brantingham and the 5th grade students.

Suddenly, it’s Friday and Pierce Middle give me an amazing welcome!
These were my Pierce greeters.
Smith Middle in Troy was the final visit of the week, and boy did it end in style. Look at this amazing welcome poster!

Here’s media specialist Christina Chatel with a wonderful display!
How’s this for organization? All of the purchased books laid out, ready for the students to grab and get in line. WOW!
Here’s the student who created this amazing poster. I can’t even imagine the time that it took. Such a talented individual!
Lots of avid Smith Knights readers!
The last in line. This student created the wonderful poster!
