• Are you 16 years of age or older, working hard on your own writing that first novel ?
  • Have you written several short stories or manuscripts and don’t know what to do next?
  • Do you wish you could learn from authors who have been through it all?
  • Would you like to meet people in the publishing industry and have a chance to hear their views?
  • Want to learn along-side other people just like you?
Brantford's First Adult Writer's Camp may be the place for you!
You will spend four days writing, learning and chatting with peers, authors and publishing professionals.  If this sounds like a dream opportunity,  join us!

Is this camp for you?

With the success of the Brantford Children's Book Camp, the organizers have been approached by adults who would also like the benefit of mentoring and learning from successful professionals in the writing industry.  Wilfred Laurier University offered to partner, providing space for both camps and encouraging adult participants.

If you are over 16 years of age, a novice writer (or have aspirations to be one) and would like to learn in a peer to peer environment, this camp IS for you!  Please join us!

August 21-24 2006 1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Laurier Brantford Student Centre 103 Darling St Brantford
Participants are welcome to audit the speakers at the Children’s Book Camp offered each morning at the same location.
